I am the community manager and publisher for Telstra's corporate blog Telstra Exchange. I am also responsible for publishing media releases and other content in the corporate media center. I also manage all the bloggers and business unit stakeholders, deliver creative content and provide customer service via the blog.
My role was to manage the development and content management of the websites. This is a project of The Alannah and Madeline Foundation and is a pilot for a national cybersafety and well being framework for Australian schools.
